Unstructured Jacket in Drago Wool & Linen - SS2026

Unstructured Jacket for Summer

Drago “Sunlit” Wool & Linen

Bespoke Jacket - DeconStructed

The cloth for this new bespoke deconstructed jacket from Drago comes from their “Sunlit” collection. It’s not a colour that immediately jumps out, but once you start pairing it with other pieces, you realise its inherent strength.

I have long extolled flexibility as a key component in a sartorial wardrobe, and the lightness of this colour can make it appear tricky to wear. However, it's this inherent character that works just so. The lightness causes the jacket to move out of the way of other garments and provide a balanced and nuanced look.

It’s also aided by the cloth’s cool, coloured finish, giving it the ability to feel fresh, yet avoid the too-bright connotations. It's remarkably easy to wear. The cloth is a similar blend to those used by Cacciopoli and Loro Piana

It’s made up in our deconstructed style, meaning it’s (almost) naked. It’s such a light touch that you appreciate even more the structure the linen gives.

It’s a jacket to be shown who’s boss, and to be well worn. Linen benefits from being “put to work” and becomes more and more charming the more it’s worn. It’s helped that there is 50% wool in the mix too, as this allows it to feel lighter from the get go.

Its the second time we have used a 50% linen and 50% wool blend, but the first time in a deconstructed or unstructured jacket style. Read our review of “sunlit” jacketing here.

It’s currently available from our SS26 cloth collection in a limited amount.
