How long does it take to get my suit?
On average it takes around 5-6 weeks. We also offer an express service too with delivery in as little as 3 weeks, subject to availability.

How much are your suits?
Our beautiful suits start from £699. See here for a full list of our suiting prices
How and when do I pay?
We take a payment of 50% upon ordering with the balance due on handover.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take payment by cash, debit/credit card, PayPal and cheque. We accept most major cards including, Visa and MasterCard. Unfortunately we don't currently accept American Express.
What areas does your travelling tailor service cover?
We cover up to 20 miles from our Birmingham city Centre.

Where are you based?
Our Birmingham address is: The Cannon Street Workshop, First Floor, 17 Cannon Street, Birmingham, B2 5EN. Its 2 minutes walk from New Street and Snow Hill train stations.
(Look for the Rosen and Nathan sign, we share the same workshop)

Yes we do - You can buy online here
We do indeed. Simply let us know how much and we'll do the rest.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is tiered depending on the amount of work undertaken.
Cancellation before cutting - 15% of order value
Cancellation after cutting - 50% of order value
Cancellation after first fitting - 100% of order value
However we will also do all we can to mitigate these fees.
